A small team that builds what it scopes

Three co-founders, a focused set of services, and a habit of saying what a project will really take.

Our story

PeepalX is a technology company started by three co-founders to build software on their own terms: fewer projects, delivered by the people who scoped them.

We work across web and mobile applications, AI systems, automation and business platforms. In practice most of what we are asked for sits between those categories: an application that needs to talk to three existing systems, or a manual process that should have been software two years ago.

We are direct about scope. If a project is larger than its budget, or a requirement will cost more than it returns, we say so before the work starts. We would rather lose an engagement at the proposal stage than deliver something that disappoints at the end of it.

Services are where we start, not where we intend to finish. The longer-term direction is our own software: products and platforms built on what we learn solving these problems for other companies.

How we work

Six commitments, each one something you can hold us to.

  • The smallest build that works

We solve the business problem in front of us. If a smaller build gets you there, we will say so.

  • Code others can maintain

Code that someone else can read, extend and operate a year from now, including us.

  • Trade-offs in writing

Clear scope, timelines and trade-offs. We tell you what we do not know as readily as what we do.

  • Still here after launch

We would rather support a system for years than hand off a project and disappear.

  • Current, not trend-driven

The tooling changes constantly. We keep our practices current without chasing every trend.

  • We own the hard parts

We take responsibility for what we build, including the parts that turn out to be harder than expected.

Mission

To help businesses use software, AI and automation to solve real problems and run their operations with less manual work.

Vision

To build a technology company known for the quality of what it ships: software, intelligent systems and products that hold up under real use.

Tell us what you need built.

Describe the problem, rough detail is fine. We reply with our reading of it and a suggested first step.
